Fortuna Cookie provides instant digital content. Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period.

1. Digital Content Waiver

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers usually have a right to cancel a contract within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content if you have agreed to immediate performance of the contract.

By clicking "Pay" and completing your purchase:

  • You expressly request immediate delivery of the digital fortune content.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to cancel the contract once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun (i.e., when the fortune is generated).

2. No Refunds

Once a fortune has been generated, we cannot offer a refund. This "No Refund" policy applies even in the following situations:

  • Accidental Closure: You accidentally closed the browser tab, window, or app before reading or saving your fortune.
  • Failure to Save: You did not screenshot, copy, or otherwise record the fortune information displayed on the screen.
  • Content Dissatisfaction: You did not like the fortune, lucky numbers, or theme generated, or felt it was not accurate.
  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer wanted the service after the purchase was processed.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a technical error caused your payment method to be charged multiple times for a single transaction.
  • Server Error: If a verifiable server-side error occurred that prevented the fortune from being generated at all.
